Position Overview: As a Client Services Representative, you will engage with participants through inbound calls, assisting them with their benefits accounts, including FSA, HSA, or COBRA insurance.

Work Environment: We operate as an inbound customer service team, focusing solely on assistance and problem-solving without any sales pressure. We seek representatives who exhibit exceptional communication skills and possess a positive, goal-oriented mindset. Your commitment to exceeding participant expectations and providing effective solutions is vital.

Schedule: Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with closures on major holidays and weekends. This is an in-person position.

Training: Comprehensive paid training will be provided.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior Customer Service Experience (preferred)
  • A strong understanding of effective Customer Service principles
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • A positive attitude is essential
  • Compliance with federal and state HIPAA regulations, along with company policies
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and navigate multiple platforms
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills and active listening abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and assist with inbound calls
  • Communicate with participants through email, phone, and live chat
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and assist participants
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with management

Compensation:

  • Starting at $14 per hour
  • An additional $0.50 per hour for proficiency in Spanish
