Position Overview
In this position, you will be tasked with: Providing technical direction and mentorship to the development team, influencing architectural choices, conducting code evaluations, and promoting the adoption of best practices and standards. Guiding junior developers in enhancing their technical capabilities. Adopting Agile methodologies and engaging in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from sprint planning and estimation to deployment and retrospective analysis. Working closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver incremental value. Diagnosing and resolving intricate technical challenges across the software stack, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Proactively tackling performance issues, security risks, and scalability obstacles. Designing robust and scalable software solutions that fulfill business needs and align with industry standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create system architectures, database designs, and API interfaces. Offering continuous support and maintenance for deployed applications, addressing issues, and implementing necessary updates.
