Job Title: Guidewire Architect

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Architect to join our team at RIT Solutions, Inc. As a Guidewire Architect, you will be responsible for software development and research, hardware evaluation, and infrastructure connectivity assessment. You will also organize the development effort of a system's solution in conjunction with architectural leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop program logic, file structures, and access methods to implement approved computer programming requests.
  • Lead and direct the work of others in regards to technical matters when working on projects.
  • Collaborate with architectural leadership to develop the overall vision that underlies the projected solution.
  • Transform the vision into a tangible solution through software development and research.
  • Assess hardware and infrastructure connectivity to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements:
  • PolicyCenter Guidewire experience.
  • Previous lead or architecture experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Both integration and configuration expertise.
