Position Title: Analytics Team Lead

Role Summary: The Analytics Team Lead is tasked with managing the analytics division within the company, concentrating on providing actionable insights and facilitating data-informed decision-making. This position includes supervising a group of data analysts, ensuring the precision and pertinence of data evaluations, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet business requirements and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the analytics team, encompassing recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
  • Formulate and implement data analysis plans to fulfill business requirements and support company objectives.
  • Supervise the gathering, processing, and examination of data to guarantee accuracy and relevance.
  • Engage with business units and stakeholders to comprehend their data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively convey essential findings and recommendations.
  • Establish and uphold data management and governance practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Employ advanced analytical tools and techniques, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
  • Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in analytics to promote continuous enhancement.
  • Effectively manage analytics-related budgets and resources.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with data management, data warehousing, and best practices in data governance.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
