Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct and execute predictive models and algorithms to scrutinize HR data and anticipate trends, including employee attrition, hiring requirements, and performance metrics.
  • Investigate complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that guide HR strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Engage with HR and business leaders to ascertain their data requirements and deliver data-informed recommendations to enhance HR methodologies and operations.
  • Design and implement experiments and analyses to assess the efficacy of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and visual representations to convey data insights and findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and analytical platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related discipline (Master's degree or advanced certification in data science is preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Scientist or in a comparable role, with a proven history of applying data science techniques to HR data.
  • Expertise in data science tools and programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HR analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and best practices in data management.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
