About the Role:

The Paraplanner will collaborate with Financial Advisors to prepare recommendations and produce financial projections and reports. Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending client and prospect meetings and taking detailed notes
  • Maintaining client records and conducting research and data gathering
  • Promoting the company's services in a professional and SEC-compliant manner

Requirements:

  • Articulate, detail-oriented, and accurate with strong prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with familiarity with Redtail and E-Money a plus
  • Ability to learn other software programs
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills
  • CFP designation or candidate, client service, or consultative sales experience
