Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly closing and variance analysis.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
