About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Attack Analyst to join our Air Combat and Strike Mission Analysis team at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating the impact of electronic attack on air combat missions using advanced analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of electronic attack systems in simulated environments
  • Provide technical insight and innovation to support Department of Defense programs
  • Communicate complex ideas directly with government civilians, military officers, and other contractors
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and rapidly learn new concepts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering, or a related area
  • Demonstrated excellence in performing electronic attack analysis in a simulated environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate complex ideas
  • Skilled in conducting quantitative analysis and rapidly learning new concepts
  • Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by start date and ultimately obtain Top Secret level clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering, or a related area
  • Experience using analysis tools like AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, JIMM, or EADSIM
  • Active Top-Secret security clearance
