Job Overview

Phaeton Solutions is seeking a skilled Document Review Specialist to evaluate electronic documents and ensure compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess electronic documents against defined criteria.
  • Identify final documents requiring retention and classification.
  • Maintain accurate records of document assessments and decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in document review and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with community development and regulation documentation (land management, permitting, inspections) is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (based on location and experience).

This is a hybrid position, working 3-4 days per week onsite in Richmond, VA.
