We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing and Sales Professional to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, working closely with other team members to create and build relationships with potential residents, conduct property tours, and develop innovative marketing strategies to showcase our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including conducting property tours and presenting our properties to potential residents.
  • Work closely with other team members to create and build relationships with potential residents, including responding to inquiries and following up on leads.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to showcase our properties and attract new residents.
  • Assist the property manager with resident relations, including assisting with the application and move-in process, addressing resident concerns, and conducting lease renewals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong sales aptitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours is necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
