Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Operations to join our team at Physical Rehabilitation Network. As a key member of our executive team, you will provide leadership and oversight to our outpatient orthopedic clinics and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to drive business growth and excellence in care.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to establish and execute financial performance expectations.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to drive business success.
  • Monitor and analyze results and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Plan and direct strategic actions to improve results at the clinic, regional, and enterprise level.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing multi-site locations.
  • Clinical degree required in Physical or Occupational Therapy.
  • BS or master degree in business or related field preferred.
