Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement integrated marketing communications programs and strategies that align with KP's core strategies.
  2. Oversee market data collection and synthesis to inform marketing strategies and track performance.
  3. Provide direction and oversight to the creative team, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and overall business goals.
  4. Direct complex marketing projects, including reviewing and approving project plans, managing cross-functional stakeholder contacts, and ensuring projects align with marketing strategy and overall business goals.
  5. Collaborate with research and strategy teams to gather marketplace and consumer dynamics driving marketing strategies.
  6. Define and optimize ROI on strategies and tactics, and lead channel marketing programs to drive go-to-market strategies.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong background in developing and implementing complex marketing strategies and projects.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to direct and oversee multiple teams and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
