**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Practice Assistant-Medical Assistant to coordinate receptionist and clerical responsibilities for our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain effective inter-departmental communication and ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies.

**Responsibilities**

* Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure smooth office operations
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Provide exceptional customer service and communication with patients, staff, and external partners
* Collaborate with the Office Manager to resolve problems and improve office efficiency
* Ensure compliance with hospital and departmental policies, including safety, drug storage, and front desk operations

**Requirements**

* 1 year of experience in a physician's practice as a Receptionist and Medical Assistant preferred
* Proficiency in typing (at least 40 wpm) and computer literacy
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required
* Graduate of a post-secondary medical assisting education program accredited by NJAC (13: approved certifying body) and current certification from a recognized certifying board approved by the NJ Board of Medical Examiners
* Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association
