  • Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and management.
  • Proficient in various maintenance disciplines, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • HVAC certification or the ability to obtain it within the first six months of employment.
  • E.P.A Certification (Type II) is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
