  • Compliance: Ensure all stores comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Dunkin' franchise requirements.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in multi-unit management within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • A passion for Dunkin' and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to travel within the district as needed.
