About the Job

Gustavo Preston Company is seeking a skilled Field Service Pump Mechanic to join our team in the Haverhill, MA area. As a Field Service Pump Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by repairing and/or servicing pumping equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily visits to customer sites to provide repair and maintenance services for pumping equipment.
  • Maintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff, including the Dispatcher, Field Operations Manager, and Inside Sales team.
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, quotes, reports, logs, and records on a smartphone.
