We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Grubb Properties. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and maintain all HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, cleaning, and preparing apartments for occupancy.
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of pool and recreational facilities.
- Complete all work orders within a 24-hour time frame and adhere to all safety requirements.
- Share 24-hour emergency call duties with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Two to five years' experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of heat pump, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
- Must have HVAC certification and be willing to obtain a Certified Pool Operator license.
- Pleasing personality and ability to work with and understand the problems and attitudes of residents.
- Good mechanical skills and organizational abilities.
