Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Saint Therese. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including transporting, transferring, toileting, positioning, feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Encourage residents to maintain their highest level of independence and validate their concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Successful completion of a State-approved program in compliance with the Nurse Assistant Training Act.
- Registration with the State of Minnesota as a certified nursing assistant in good standing.
- Minimum of one year previous experience working as a nursing assistant.
