Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand recognition, franchisee involvement, and customer acquisition.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and franchisee meetings to elevate brand presence and engagement.
  • Develop localized marketing campaigns through travel opportunities.
  • Assist in expanding the team to support the brand's future growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar capacity, ideally within franchising or quick-service restaurants.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating compelling content.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Creative mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the franchising industry and experience with franchise systems is advantageous.
