Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns, including those requiring advanced life support and respiratory therapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in educational opportunities with Family Practice and OB/GYN residents, and medical students to promote knowledge sharing and skill development
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- VA license (or willing to obtain)
