We are seeking a skilled Medical Reception Specialist to join our team at Biomat USA. As a key member of our Donor Center team, you will be responsible for conducting pre-donation medical screenings, interacting with customers, and ensuring the confidentiality of donor information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-donation medical screenings to assess donor suitability
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
  • Ensure all donor screening information is complete and accurate
  • Maintain donor confidentiality and adhere to all relevant regulations

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Superior customer service standards and excellent communication skills
