About the Role

Airtable is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Mid-Market team. As a trusted business advisor, you will work closely with enterprise accounts across multiple industries to help them leverage our product and drive maximum impact for their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Airtable's self-service user base and proven value propositions to land Enterprise logos
  • Build relationships with executives across departments and industries
  • Source expansion opportunities in new departments and tell a compelling story to CIOs and other relevant executives
  • Prioritize your book of business and develop and execute on account plans for each individual account
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close and coordinate collaboration cross-functionally with Customer Success and Solution Engineering
Requirements
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying closing experience at a technology company
  • Successfully sold 6-figure + deals to large accounts with FTE
  • Thrives in partnering with business leaders and executives, developing long-term relationships, and aligning key stakeholders company-wide at each stage of the sales lifecycle
  • Executes a structured sales process with rigor and self-awareness
  • Consultative and able to navigate the complexities and needs of clients across industries, sizes, and lifecycles
