Your Role:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be integral in the development of custom assembly projects, guiding them from initial concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Engaging in prototyping, troubleshooting, and enhancing design features.
  • Collaborating with clients to translate their requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams to brainstorm, design, and create mechanical systems, components, and products.
  • Utilizing Solidworks to produce detailed 3D models and engineering drawings suitable for manufacturing.
  • Enhancing designs for optimal performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • A solid foundation in machinery or tooling.
  • Experience in automation technologies.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Solidworks or Inventor.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
