Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Specialist

At Secret Med Spa, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the functional aspects of our medical spa operations, providing training and coaching to our clinical staff, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to our clients, enhancing their satisfaction and productivity.
- Ensure that our spas operate within the scope of licensed individuals, maintaining accurate documentation of treatments in patient records.
- Work with Medical Directors to ensure standing delegation orders are in place and maintain annual reviews as needed.
- Host monthly mid-level meetings with location mid-level providers to maintain consistent standards.
- Act as liaison for locations staff members to communicate educational needs.
- Ensure all medical protocols for clinical services, HIPAA, and other regulatory compliance programs are in place.
- Continually research leading medical skin care lines, new technologies, and services to increase revenue and profits.
- Registered Nurse License and Active Nurse Practitioner License.
- Registered Nurse License issued by the State of Texas.
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Program.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification beneficial.
- Experience as an Aesthetic injector.
