**Job Title:** Senior CPU Design Verification Expert

**Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Senior CPU Design Verification Expert to join our team at Apple. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing test plans, test environments, and complex tests to verify the functionality correctness of our CPU designs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital logic design, chip architecture, and microarchitecture, with expertise in developing testplans/testbenches, C-based transactors, and writing/debugging assembly-based tests. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and lead test plans and test environments.
  • Write complex tests in assembly, C, or vectors according to test plans.
  • Analyze coverage to ensure all test cases are covered.
  • Collaborate with architecture and RTL designers to verify the functionality correctness of our CPU designs.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum BS degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Expertise in digital logic design, chip architecture, and microarchitecture.
  • Experience with developing testplans/testbenches, C-based transactors, and writing/debugging assembly-based tests.

**Salary Range:** $175,800 - $312,200 per year, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
