Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CPU Floorplan and Design Architect to join our team in designing, floorplanning, and integrating high-performance CPU designs that meet aggressive power, area, and performance goals.

This role involves collaboration with microarchitecture, RTL design, and physical design teams to create innovative solutions that push the limits of performance, energy efficiency, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in block-level implementation, full-chip floorplanning, and power grid planning using industry-standard tools and flows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering with over 5 years of practical experience.
  • Proficiency in synthesis, place and route, and signoff timing/power analysis.
  • Expertise in physical design, integration, and verification of large processor and system-on-chip (SoC) designs.
  • Strong understanding of circuit and layout design principles.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
