Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program has been dedicated to providing equitable access to healthcare services since 1985. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in greater Boston. With over 10,000 homeless individuals receiving our services annually, we are committed to ensuring that every person has access to comprehensive health care.
We recognize the importance of addressing systemic barriers, including racism, which affects us all. Our community-based health care services incorporate social determinants of health, aiming to break down physical and systemic barriers faced by our patients.
