About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Guest Experience Assistant to join our team at F1 Arcade. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience.


In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Operations, US on various projects, including External Guest communications, monitoring social media NPS channels, interacting as a support liaison for external vendors, and providing a cultural baseline for Operations Excellence.


You will also be responsible for managing internal and external systems, collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations, and upholding the F1 Arcade brand image by delivering exceptional guest service.


The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, superior organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, as well as the ability to interact with a large team. The development of the larger US-based Guest Services Response Team will be supported by this leader. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and an ability to maximize and influence unit financial performance.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Interacting daily across all channels external to the Arcade, creating positive Guest outcomes, maintaining brand standards, and recovering Guests and inviting them back to the Arcade
  • Efficiently using the reservation system, including pulling up bookings and updating reservations; providing coaching, training, and stability to the Reception Team and Leadership
  • Managing internal and external systems in support of other leadership outcomes
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant or entertainment concept
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Ability to interact with a large team
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
