Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing documents and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinating travel arrangements for out-of-town workers and ensuring efficient use of company resources
- Processing accounts payable and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to correspondence and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
