Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding store experience while serving as a mentor and guide for both Customers and Associates. Your enthusiasm for aligning with business objectives and achieving store targets will be essential. You have a track record of driving results independently and collaboratively, fostering a culture of teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to ensure that Customers leave with the right products to meet their boating needs. Each interaction with a Customer is an opportunity to exceed expectations and build loyalty.

  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, engaging Customers to fulfill their boating requirements.
  • A dynamic leader who enjoys prioritizing tasks and planning effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • A strong interest in providing exceptional Customer service while sharing knowledge about our products.
  • Capability to train Associates in handling diverse transactions, ensuring seamless Customer purchases.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business demands, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and Customer service skills.
  • Comfortable taking on additional management responsibilities when needed.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Engagement in collaborative efforts with other Associates to meet business goals.
  • A passion for boating or a lifestyle connected to water activities.
  • Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted.
