Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to establish action plans to achieve departmental and store-wide goals, including sales, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
  • Assume responsibility for the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and customers in all departments, promoting a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Monitor sales statistics, expenses, and inventory levels to ensure profitability and make data-driven decisions.
  • Direct staff to ensure completion of departmental responsibilities and standards, maintaining high-quality customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks and contribute to the store's success.
