Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at Volpara Health, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across the US West region. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities for our Volpara Health x Lunit portfolio.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve assigned business goals and targets.
  • Prospect for new customers and business, while growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio in conjunction with the Customer Success team.
  • Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within customer organizations.
  • Maintain strong after-sale customer relationships, cultivating positive references and encouraging engagement in the Volpara Hive customer community.
  • Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales goals and revenue targets.
Product and Market Expertise

Maintain mastery of product and clinical knowledge necessary to demonstrate our products and solutions across a spectrum of customer types. Track and communicate market trends to/from the field, including competitor data, and develop effective counterstrategies. Continuously update an understanding of the customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges, and how we can help them solve real problems and achieve success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of lung and/or breast cancer detection, prevention, or genetic programs. You will also need to be able to learn the technical and clinical knowledge necessary to create new opportunities, position the products, and develop strategies for prospective customers to achieve success with their programs and patients.
