Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Complete all required online management and leadership training

  • Perform periodic performance evaluations with client leadership to ensure consistent achievement of cleaning standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within janitorial or housekeeping services is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience with electronic timekeeping systems is advantageous
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills across all levels
  • Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check
