Program Manager - Inclusion & Diversity Lead

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Program Manager - Inclusion & Diversity Lead to drive transformative I&D initiatives. This role will be located in our Beachwood, OH or Moon Twp, PA locations with hybrid work available.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $ a year.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy innovative programs to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Collect, analyze, and report sensitive data to draw insights for our inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategic priorities.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to create an inclusive environment and drive decision-making.

Lead global cross-functional project teams to implement I&D programs aligned with strategic goals.

Manage project execution and implementation of I&D programs, ensuring effective change management and collaboration with diverse teams.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution required.

Minimum of 5 years HR or business/project management related experience.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in analytical capacity (preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, PowerBI, excel etc.).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
