Product Development Associate

FRAME is a renowned American fashion brand celebrated for its high-quality denim, cotton, leather, and cashmere collections.

As a Product Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Product Development Manager in creating and delivering exceptional products for women's and men's denim categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development process by creating and distributing packages, tracking incoming packages from overseas vendors, and troubleshooting customs issues with courier services.
  • Manage style updates and fabric information in various Excel charts and Google Sheets.
  • Monitor, track, and check in samples from the proto stage through the SMS stage.
  • Assist the team with day-to-day communication with vendors, including design and fabric mills.
  • Partner with design and fabric mills on color palette creation, distribution, and color approvals.
  • Assist with production handover binders, organizing SMS swatches and trims.
  • Keep the PD area organized, including submits, fabric, trims, and garments.
  • Process and issue POs in Full Circle.
  • Commute between our 2 offices (Culver City and Commerce) and local vendors as needed to transport samples.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion preferred.
  • Strong sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with Full Circle a plus.
  • Flexibility to work between our Culver City and Commerce offices.
