About the Role
The Sales Engineer for PET Foam Solutions in North America plays a vital role within our Americas sales division. This position is focused on maximizing sales volume and profitability in alignment with Armacell's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Formulate a comprehensive Sales Strategy to meet PET foam sales goals in Non-Wind Markets.
2. Recommend pricing for specialized items and authorize competitive pricing adjustments.
3. Conduct thorough market analysis to assess market trends and competitor activities.
4. Analyze competitors' offerings and cost structures to leverage strategic advantages for enhancing sales and market share.
5. Monitor pricing policies and deviations.
6. Develop tactical plans for rapid market entry and expansion of market share.
7. Maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing customers to introduce innovative products.
8. Build strong relationships with key PET Foam clients by understanding their product needs and collaborating with their technical and purchasing teams.
9. Identify new business prospects and assess the performance of new and existing products.
10. Engage with Trade Associations to promote our offerings.
11. Provide the Logistics team with accurate sales forecasts to facilitate effective production planning.
12. Manage the Territory Budget focusing on Sales and Margins.
13. Oversee and manage the sales organization expense budget.
14. Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager for coordinated sales efforts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive sales experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven ability to cultivate effective relationships and drive profitable growth.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess work authorization for employment in the US.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000. Compensation and benefits are based on a full-time schedule and will vary according to skills, experience, and location. Benefits may be adjusted for part-time roles.

This is a full-time position.
