Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at BryanLGH Medical Center. As a Staff LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and participate in interdisciplinary care planning to meet patient needs
  • Provide delegated care and timely communication of patient response
  • Communicate pertinent patient data to RN for identification of nursing priorities and desired outcomes
  • Utilize appropriate standards of care based on patient diagnosis and age-specific needs
  • Execute therapeutic and supportive interventions under RN direction
  • Provide education for patients and families to meet identified needs
  • Participate in patient evaluation and effectiveness of interventions
  • Document patient care and related information according to Bryan Medical Center procedures
  • Enter patient care orders into computer accurately and consistently
  • Provide care in conjunction with interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
  • Graduation from a School of Practical Nursing with current licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required
