- Collaborate with the UAS Program Manager to ensure excellence in UAS safety and risk management practices.
- Conduct training sessions for pilots, focusing on innovative techniques to optimize performance.
- Assist in training new pilots for Part 107 certification, ensuring adherence to internal protocols.
- Maintain consistency in UAS operational procedures and enforce compliance across various sites.
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of the Business Continuity Plan to safeguard critical operations during disruptions.
- Facilitate the integration of emerging technologies into existing workflows.

Required Skills:
- Valid FAA Part 107 certification.
- Willingness to travel for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of UAS safety protocols and utility infrastructure safety measures.
- Strong technical understanding of the UAS market, including model capabilities and limitations.
- Proficient in radio communication technologies relevant to UAS operations.
- Familiarity with UAS IT components, including data management and integration.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum of a 2-year college degree.
- FAA Certifications: Part 107 (Part 61 preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience managing drone operations is strongly preferred, along with 1 year of experience in the utility sector.
