  • Accurately document all interactions in the system promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Relations Lead and Inside Sales Coaches for inquiries or complex customer issues.
  • Achieve daily performance metrics, including the number of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to your supervisor for effective resolution, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings.
Candidate Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating maturity and the capacity to accept constructive criticism for performance enhancement.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability and a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in multitasking, transitioning between different types of calls seamlessly while maintaining efficiency and composure.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Call Center environment focused on Customer Care/Customer Service is required.

Compensation:
$45,000 - $60,000 annually, with a combination of base salary and performance bonuses.
