About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled NICU Charge Nurse to lead patient care teams and ensure exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and identify nursing diagnoses to create personalized care plans.
  • Assess patient responses and make data-driven decisions to optimize care.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements

We are looking for a registered nurse with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
  • A valid Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hiring.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
