Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse Position at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center

St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, a 200+ bed acute-care facility located north of Austin, Texas, is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse to join our team.
About the JobWe are offering an estimated annual salary range of $83,000 - $123,000, commensurate with experience, for this full-time position. As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care.
Job Responsibilities- Create personalized plans of care, including discharge plans, and revise them based on patients' responses to treatment
- Administer medications and complete treatments according to hospital policy
- Provide support and education materials to families on homecare, treatments, adoption, and support groups
- Assist in high-risk deliveries and resuscitation
- Delegate work appropriately to non-licensed staff in accordance with standards of practice
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a well-baby nursery as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Preferred qualifications: 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a Level 2 or 3 Nursery, 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
