The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team as a Lab Services Specialist. In this role, you'll play a critical part in providing an exceptional experience for our patients by collecting and processing specimens with the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with our diverse team of providers and administrative assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and process specimens with precision and attention to detail
- Provide personalized care and support to patients during the collection process
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely specimen processing
- Utilize our cutting-edge technology and workflows to deliver best-in-class care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
- Active Medical Assistant certification from a recognized accrediting organization
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in computer technology and software systems
