About the Role

The Departmental Financial Coordinator will be responsible for managing departmental finances, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with university and departmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage departmental finances, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports
  • Work with the Business Manager to ensure compliance with federal, university, and departmental regulations
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets to assist with variance reporting and resource allocation
  • Assist the Business Manager with fiscal year closing and prepare financial reports and budgets as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and three years of related experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality and professionalism

Estimated Salary: $58,500 per annum
