Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 8-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Expense Control: Manage store expenses, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the store operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Age: 21 years old or older
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail or food management experience
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
