As a Digital Systems Engineer, you will be part of a team that provides advanced engineering and analysis, IT and C5ISR capabilities to support our nation's most critical national security missions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop system requirements and perform requirements management
  • Perform model-based systems engineering using technical planning; system integration, verification and validation
  • Use MBSE and Engineering tools to identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused engineering solutions
Requirements
  • Must Possess and Maintain Secret clearance
  • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
  • 3+ years of experience with systems engineering on large-scale space, ground, software, or hardware systems, or Major Defense Acquisition Programs
  • Experience supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the Satellite Control Network, DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and tools such as Magic Draw, Cameo, or SysML
  • Working knowledge of Linux, C++, Python, Perl, and Java
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud computing platforms
  • Experience performing systems engineering in space or aerospace concepts and alternative design, architectural analysis, modeling and simulation, enterprise strategic planning, or digital engineering methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possess and Maintain TS/SCI clearance
Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $85,455.20 - $145,112.40. Arcfield offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, short-term and long-term disability, retirement and savings, learning and development opportunities, wellness programs, and other optional benefit elections.
