We are currently seeking a Tax Senior Associate to become a vital part of our Commercial Tax Services group.

Your Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:

  • Collaborating with a team to meet various departmental deadlines throughout the fiscal year.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements for compilations/reviews and tax returns, specifically Form 1120 with tax provisions.
  • Assisting in the review and processing of tax returns.
  • Conducting various financial analyses, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various departmental software platforms.
  • Engaging in ad hoc projects as needed.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's in Accounting or Taxation is preferred.
  • CPA, JD, or EA credentials are preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting environment.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong skills in tax research and writing.
  • Proficient technical skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with tax compliance and research software such as GoSystems, OnceSource, BNA portfolio and projection, CCH, and RIA.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
