CohnReznick is seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Associate to join our Commercial Tax Services team in Parsippany, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and technical expertise in financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and research.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet department deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Prepare and review tax returns, including 1120 with tax provision, and financial statements
  • Assist with financial analysis, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and technical skills
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, and apply knowledge to client engagements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; Master's in Accounting/Taxation preferred
  • CPA, JD, or EA certification preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting firm
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills
  • Strong tax research and writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Competence with tax compliance and research software
