- Conduct Consultative Sales Calls: Engage with Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Neuro Interventionalists, and Vascular Surgeons to provide lab and case support.
- Create Complex Proposals: Develop and present multi-product category proposals and pricing recommendations to customers.
- Lead In-Servicing and Education: Plan and execute in-servicing and education initiatives during account launches and routine visits.
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clinicians, economic stakeholders, and other influential customers.
- Field Leads and Follow-Up: Identify and pursue leads generated from conferences and senior leadership engagement, and follow up to drive successful results.
- Project Management: Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Effectively partner with Cordis sales and marketing leadership, cross-functional teams, and field-based counterparts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1+ years of medical sales or 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Specialist in the endovascular industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and virtual meeting software.
- Location: Must live within the territory and be willing to travel as needed to meet objectives.
- Personal Qualities: Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Work Authorization: US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
- Job Type: Field-based position, requiring daily work in hospitals, doctors' offices, and other medical establishments within the assigned territory.
