About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at CornerStone Staffing. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working in a fast-paced collections environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to repossessed accounts to negotiate payment arrangements
  • Receive inbound redemption calls from customers and provide suitable solutions
  • Identify accounts that require management review and escalate as necessary
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain required standards set by the department and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (90% of communication will be in Spanish)
  • 1+ year of AR/Collections/Payment Processing experience preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
What We Offer
  • A hybrid work model with two weeks of on-site training followed by a hybrid schedule (three days in the office, two days remote each week)
  • A competitive hourly rate of $18/hour
