We are in search of a proactive and skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support our operations in the healthcare sector.

This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE role that presents a distinctive opportunity to engage deeply with the financial dimensions of a dynamic and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial reporting, general ledger management, GL journal entries, and advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities include preparing, analyzing, and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger system.
Conduct complex financial analyses to identify trends, estimates, and significant changes, accompanied by narrative reports detailing findings.
Perform account reconciliations to guarantee accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance financial procedures, process flows, and management reporting.

Engage in corporate finance decisions, providing valuable insights and expectations to the executive management team to facilitate informed long-term and short-term decision-making.

Ensure adherence to all internal policies, relevant regulations, and accounting standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning software.
Strong grasp of financial reporting, General Ledger, GL journal entries, and financial analysis.
Demonstrated experience in management accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
Solid understanding of corporate finance principles.
Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to manage complex data.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines.
